This is an InterMountain 49481S HO Central Vermont FICS GE U18B w/LokSound & DCC. The GE U18B was a diesel-electric locomotive introduced by GE Transportation as a branch line roadswitcher in 1973, it was easy to spot due to its relatively short length (54 ft. 8 in.) and it was the only North American locomotive powered by the 8-cylinder 7FDL engine. NOTE: The horns and sunshades are not on the models as they are packaged in a small parts bag and have to be installed by the modeler. Features: Intermountain HO scale already assembled GE U18B locomotive features sharp painting and lettering, metal etched grills and radiator sections, metal grab irons, and coupler life bars. This also is equipped with the smooth, powerful Intermountain drive. Equipped with ESU LokSound Select Sound Decoder.
